Tony, our Craftsman, was every thing I could have hoped for, as he was a skilled carpenter, with many other attributes that gave us completely comfortable and thorough quality services - he informed us along the way, as I added-on additional things that were not listed on the original work order - he performed all of the matters in a timely and thought full and very clean manner, communicating when ever necessary to us - I would definitely use Ace Handy Man Services in the future, and I would highly recommend this business, as they were excellent in talking to me, making scheduled appointments, etc., especially if the Craftsman himself was as great as Tony was……!! Converted bi-fold doors in hall way closet to 6-panel doors and frame, among various other work items…!?

I had an attic ladder replaced and Tony finished the job in 2.5 hours which was at least 1.5 hours less than estimated. He did an EXCELLENT job and I will gladly use them again in the future. Thanks Tony and Ace Handyman!

So I called ace handyman about 6 weeks ago to do a few things. Most of the items were done well but a motion light I wanted replaced did not work when the handyman left. That irritated me —-but I never even called ace to let them know- I got busy and forgot about it. But…. I needed them again today and when I called I told Gail about the motion light issue and asked if they could make it right. The good news is they made it right and treated the customer right too. And my toilet is fixed too. Hallelujah. Disclosure: the light didn’t work because the fixture was broken- it wasn’t anything ace did wrong. I suggest you call them. Transparent pricing. Nice customer service. Professional handymen. And they will stand by their work. Five stars.
