Nasser was incredibly helpful in hanging chandeliers and installing several light fixtures. He had a good eye for how to make things look good and sit at the right height, and he was creative and resourceful in making things work when we needed to cut wires and adjust the lengths of things. Would absolutely recommend again!

Oliver and Julio did a wonderful job replacing four posts on our front porch. They were extremely pleasant and explained everything that they were doing. We definitely want them to do work for us in the future.

A pleasure to work with the staff. They went out of their way to find pull-out shelving that fit an odd-sized cabinet and did an excellent job installing them, along with a few other minor repairs. Prompt, courteous, helpful and efficient. Julio was terrific. Highly recommend.

Overall, the workmanship was good and I would consider using this service again. Rachel in the office told me they pride themselves on honoring firm appointment times. She said my appointment was 8:30am with Oliver. However, Julio arrived at 9am. No big deal--perhaps don't overpromise on firm appointment times and specific craftsmen. Julio completed three hours of work for us-- he adjusted a storm door, vented my existing bathroom fan to my attic gable vent, replaced a dual light switch, secured a shower bar, and hung a hook. He was unable to install a heated floor thermostat that was included in the scope of work. He worked efficiently. He communicated issues clearly and told me what missing part I needed to get from Ace. I just wish he could have helped me with that last repair. I would consider using this service again and recommending it to others for minor repairs.
