I called with an emergency repair, the response was amazing! The care, concern, compassion was phenomenal! From the beginning to the end of the process I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Michael went far and beyond his job and made this experience Perfection! I would highly recommend this business! First time in a long time I felt understood, valued, and not taken off. I will definitely not thing twice in calling and using them in the future!

I was very pleased with this service. I was able to schedule with them within a couple of days. They sent a picture of the people who were coming to work on my house before they arrived. I was given an estimate before the work was started. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely call them again.

Scott arrived promptly and shared his professional opinion about our job. His estimates seemed high at first but he adjusted them according to the amount of time he actually spent. His work was of good quality, he was careful to do the job that we asked for, and we are very pleased with the results. We would ask for him again for a similar job.

They came promptly at 8am and completed the job at 1pm. They were respectful of my property, kept everything very clean, and didn't mind answering any of my questions. Jayson is amazing! He had to custom make 8 window well covers for a 63 year old house. Some of the concrete window wells were crumbling and not uniform in size. Jayson worked into the dark, cleaned up the debris and the cost was much less than I expected. I will work with ACE Handyman again.
