AT&T Store

The rep was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoyed my interaction with her and the prompt attention to my matter.

Lucia was great. Very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and honest. She is an excellent representation of AT&T. Will return and highly recommend.

The associate who is posted in this picture was extremely rude and incapable of helping a current customer. I had an issue with my phone and was unable to use it. I went into the store to use their phone to call the AT&T customer support hotline. The associate said no to my request and didn't care that I was unable to contact the customer service center to fix an issue that I was going through. With this in mind,I don't have any other opportunities to use a phone except for the carrier that I pay service for. With this in mind, I went to a different store for help where they helped me out to get the situation resolved. The associate in the picture would not give me his name and treated me like dirt. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE BECUASE THE ASSOCIATE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND INCAPABLE OF HELPING HIS CUSTOMER BASE.

Lucia was great! She helped us unlock a phone and install a case very quickly.

Edgar and Tony were awesome! We got a phone upgrade and they helped us with any issues or concerns we had. They seemed very knowledgeable and did all they could to make us feel well taken care of. This AT&T store is one of the best!!!!
