Both times I’ve been there this week have been great. Never caught the two gentlemen’s names but they were both super helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I recommend this location!

Hayden was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options with kindness. He found promotions I was elegible for and lowered my bill. Highly recommend!

Aaron was a super helpful and nice guy! He made the transition to a new phone seamless and enjoyable.

Just saw some reviews about a lady being rude. And yes I'm sure I dealt with the same lady today. Went in to get my trade in completed from my pre-order for my s23 ultra. Promo was any condition galaxy phone. My trade in phone were crack and did not power on and she keep saying she can't do it regardless since she can't get in the phone. She did not check my account or even look at the promo that was advertised. She even said how much she knows and she work here for so many years like I even care for that. I was able to do the same promo past year same store but different person. Anyways she just act like she can't help me anymore and just gave my customer service number. Went to att at college and they were able to get it done just like that. Everyone stay away from this place especially this person. Other reviews talks about this lady and I see why.

What’s the point of working here if you can’t answer simple questions, awful customer service. That woman inside was no use to me or the person she pretentiously talk to over the phone. Acted like she knew everything and it was apparent with how she spoke to customers that she does not value human interaction. She values being right 100% of the time and making you feel ignorant. I just switched from Verizon and this one experience makes me want to switch right back. Find the right people for the job because she’s only sending away unhappy customers. She’s there for a paycheck and has zero desire to actually help. I hope you see this, because you’ll know it’s true. Pathetic.
