AT&T Store

Paul (Ansley Mall store in Atlanta GA). was the best ATT representative I’ve ever worked with!!! He was so polite, funny and most of all an expert on your iPhone product! I highly recommend Paul!

I don’t live anywhere near that store but I just happen to be in the area yesterday. The employees name was Joshua G. I figured he had to be the store manager because he knew everything and was assisting the other employee. He was incredibly polite incredibly helpful and very patient with my stupid questions. I don’t do all this technology stuff but he got me a great phone at a great rate and I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase and the store at Ansley Mall. If you want the best customer service go see Joshua at the store on Piedmont Road in Atlanta Georgia!!! He’s a credit to the company and deserves to be commended highly!!! He set my phone up to mirror my old phone to make it that much easier for me to use!!

Today I visited this location And where do I start ….. Customer service at its best. Ask for Mikey he will make sure you leave happy I promise. He got my upgrade all transferred over with no problems. Great Store Go Visit

Excellent and fast service! We got in and out in no time. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff that get everything done fast and efficient!

My friend and I went into a local AT&T store this evening 5:45pm. The two associates were with other customers. After about 5 minutes in the store, I said to one associate that we had been in your store for over 5 minutes and no one had even said hello. Then he said he was sorry and that he was busy assisting another customer. I said thanks for the apology. But it doesn’t take more than a second to acknowledge a customer that walks inside the store. I told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere. He proceeded to get loud and aggressive with me . He opened the store doors and said ‘’ That’s fine you can get out. Want to make sure you have a wonderful exit.” The guys was African American,tall and have dreads.
