WASTED OVER 2 HOURS!
Called ahead because I wanted to order my phone in. Couldn’t get the payment through after an hour. The guys on the phone were nice but I said I would come into pay and they knew I was going to to be there before closing. The closed 10 minutes early despite knowing I was on my way! Their hours are online, their hours on on the door, get it together don’t waste my time off work when you are!!!!
Been to this store twice now. They were unable to help me the first time. Told me to call AT&T directly so I did. AT&T told me to have this store call them and they would walk them through the process. When I went back, I told them to just call AT&T. An employee that had been sitting in a chair across the room playing on his phone, gets up and tells me to call them myself. When I tried to explain to this guy that he needed to call them to learn how to fix the problem, he raised his voice, became aggressive and rude. I got my son and got out of there as soon as possible. I will never return to this store (probably why it was empty of customers both times I was there)
I highly recommend driving the extra 2 miles and going to another location.
Great experience! Employees were friendly and happy to help. Not pushy and able to answer any questions I had. Upgraded my phone with no complications. Definitely going to this location if I have any issues in the future.
