AT&T Store

im not sure if its just my luck, but everytime i have came to this location during the hours of 10-7 the doors are always locked and the workers are " on lunch". im not sure if they are just showing up and clocking in and going home or what, but i will say i will never in my life be coming back to this location because it is a complete waste of time. hell i may just switch providers if this is the service they are offering. if i could rate 0 stars i would.

My cousin and I came to this store to buy a new cell phone for her. Chris, the store manager, helped her select a phone and accessories that best fit her needs. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

The customer service at this store is phenomenal. I've come in here two different times with issues and they have been more than happy to help me solve my issues. Every other store I've ever been to has been, wait, wait, wait.... These guys are always happy to help!

girlfriend went to upgrade her phone. She already knew the phone she wanted and had her qualifying trade in. Easiest sale ever. So the employee did upgrade her phone. By upgrade her phone I mean he handed her an iPhone 14 in a box. He never powered on the 14 to activate service or check if the phone functioned properly. . So she left the store with her old iPhone with no service(assuming he didn’t want to do the trade in paperwork. Pure laziness). And an iPhone 14 that also had no service.. which all in all isn’t a big deal but we pay thousands of dollars to ATT yearly. To have good service and a reliable cell phone network. So when she got stranded with a flat tire on the way home from the att store she had no way of contacting someone to help. Unless she hit the SOS button. Spend $1000 on a phone and 15 minutes later you can’t call for help. 110% your employees laziness and I assume lack of training. No plans of switching service after 15 years until today. Imagine more customers will follow if they visit Lebanon store.

Had the most pleasurable and positive experience I have ever had in an at&t location. There was only one person in the location for days, but CODY is a Rockstar! Helped me and countless others get devices up and running! I lost my device all together and was pretty upset was not expecting the Knowledgeable polite and professional experience I got! Just WOW CODY!!!THANK YOU!
