AT&T Store

I came in on the 28th of Nov almost at closing time and Ryan helped me. I waited until he was working again to be able to finish the sale. I walked out this evening with the IPhone 15 ProMax and a new Apple Watch.Ryan is extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend if you don’t want a pushy salesman that you ask for Ryan.

I purchased a Samsung tablet directly from Samsung because of an excellent deal for upgrade. I visited another ATT store to help with swapping the cell service from the old to the new, and they were no help. This store was busy, and I waited for a short while. When I was seen, they were able to quickly take care of my request. Very knowledgeable and well trained. I'm glad I stopped at this one.

Dalton helped me (Sandy) out after my husband lost his phone on a trip. I absolutely DREAD dealing with technology!!! Dalton calmed my worries and took care of everything. AND when I had to return after receiving the new phone, I was lucky enough to get Dalton again. The stars were aligned!!!! HE WAS AMAZING!!!!! The whole experience was totally painless. Thank you, Dalton!

We drove here on Friday because our Litchfield store is always very rude and they just don’t seem to care or want you there. The guy who helped us I wish I remember his name he was awesome he listened to what I wanted and did just that. We maybe waited three minutes to be serviced and it probably took him all of 8 minutes to fix all my issue’s reactivate a phone for me and replace both phones screen protectors while keeping friendly conversation the entire time. Everyone that was working was very friendly and this will definitely be the store I use from now on.

Like the personal attention once you've been seen, but waiting for help with your name on a screen with a number feels like you're in a doctor's office. Also, the store appears to be becoming less and less retail-friendly, as if AT&T is anticipating people will shop online. Sad. I fully get it. Nowadays, no one goes shopping. We've been conducting business there since 2012. They offer lots of assistance, but I can't believe how rigid the retail experience feels. It's weird for someone like me who used to go in and shop and then ask for help if I needed it. You are now registered upon entry only to ask a quick question. So complicated.
