Located right in middle of Lenox . Opposite side of macys. Indeed of the biggest and cleanest AT&T I have seen in the area. But services is little slow. It took me 30 mins to pickup online order because something was wrong with the system.
Absolutely without value. AT&T is a very good company with decent service overall, but the customer service in their Corporate stores in general, Lennox in particular are absolutely horrible! Lots of people waiting, nobody helping, one employee was even lounging on the couch, relaxing and watching the football game. I got here at 2:00, it’s 3:30, I’m fed up.
I asked to speak with the manager. “She’s at lunch” when will she be back? “30-45 mins, I guess.”

Leaving to try a franchise location
No issues with internet and was excited to have at&t join our commercial building. My 1 star comes from the mobility service and the sales rep Phillip Clark. I was very clear I was switching to AT&T to save money at my new business and that I only wanted 1 extra phone and line added. He proceeded to pressure me into getting 5 lines so I could get 4 free devices if I also turned in my perfectly fine iPhone 13. I called him with concerns about my bill multiple times during the return window. He kept mentioning credits and kept reassuring me things would balance out. He completely disregarded my need to save money, because next thing I know my bill is turned off and I’m told to pay $1400 for security deposits on all of these free devices. When I spoke to Phillip about this he said he couldn’t check this before and that I did in fact owe this due to my business age/credit. He was not involved to help me like I thought, he was involved to upsell me and this has done irrespirable damage to my finances. Terrible I am stuck in this contract because of all of these devices. Everyone else I spoke to at AT&T was shocked I was able to get these devices without prepaying but they hey couldn’t help me even with a payment plan.
0 stars and I will never recommend.
Ordered my phone over the phone on installment plan. Was not offered next up. When I called about upgrading my phone now 24 months later. The person for AT&T on the phone said they don't have to offer it and probably forgot. So you will just have to pay off your phone if you want to upgrade. not offering any resolution so the problem. Didn't care at all and pretty much said to bad to sad. This is the worst. I am a person that likes to upgrade and would have opted in right away. Thanks for making sure I move to a different company after this.
I called to see if they had an iPhone in stock before I traveled to the store. Not only was the person who answered the phone rude but they claimed they couldn’t give stock info over the phone. When I asked what would be my options if I came in to get the phone and they didn’t have it in stock and she said “ship it”. Complete waste of time!!!!
