Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!
By far the best AT&T experience I have ever had. Derrick and his team were so patient with me while I traded in my old phone for a new one. Incredibly understanding and personable. If you want a smooth and easy AT&T experience (never thought I'd be saying this) then this store is where you want to go without a shadow of a doubt. Props to Derrick and his team once again. BRAVO!

Derek was amazing, both patient and personable! He was able to issue a SIM card replacement for my phone very quickly. He also went above and beyond by fast tracking a solution to a service problem I was experiencing. Highly recommend this location.
Derrick is and was very helpful exceptional to the customers before me and helpful to my problem that had he showed the pinnacle of customer service and public relations.
Derrick and his team were enormously patient, empathetic, and helpful when I visited this store to replace a broken phone. There were some aspects of my situation that made this a complicated, and time consuming process and all team members I interacted with treated me with understanding and care. I'm from out of town, and Derrick even made sure I was able to find my way back to my hotel without difficulty. Exemplary customer service, highly recommend!
