I changed our mobile service from Xfinity to AT&T. ALEJANDRO PEREZ, MY RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT PERFORMED IT ALL. A SEAMLESS TRANSITION WITH NO ISSUES OR INVOLVEMENT ON MY PART. This was Awesome as I do not like all that kind of stuff. Alejandro is amazing. His professionalism and care for my needs made happiness with my AT&T decision. And the service is incredible. Instant connection, Full bar connections, Clarity as wonderful as the person on the other end being in front of you. Thanks AT&T.

Carina always exceptionally helpful all the way through this whole process. We could not. I had issues with my email. And she was very patient even though it was not a AT&T problem. But she worked me all the way through to my Yahoo brand new account. She was fantastic.

Ralph was the man! He brought with everything I needed for my new phone. No pressure to buy all of it. Most importantly, he switched my internet speed to 20x faster for $5 LESS per month.

My inquiry about Hotspot options were met with the utmost professionalism and urgency. He mad my experience delightful and made sure I was throughly informed on my options and also my future considered purchases. I spent 2 hrs there and talked about business and sidebar seamlessly which .are doing business that much more entertaining and unique. Good job
