AT&T Store

Leo, the manager of this location, is incredible. I brought an elderly friend who desperately needed a new phone, and Leo went above and beyond in customer service. He was knowledgeable, kind, and extraordinarily patient with us. We left the store feeling great and thoroughly appreciating Leo's knowledge and time. He is a credit to the company.

I went to the store at 16 North State Street in Chicago. My initial feeling was positive. I went in to have my new phone set up. When I got home I realized nothing was set up. I have to go back in tomorrow as my service person neglected to tell me how to transfer my emails. And he did not help me with the return of my old phone. I may not be as tech savvy as some ATT customers but I was extremely unhappy with my service there.

We went in to get a phone upgrade for my Wife. The sales person Erick tried to pressure us into AT&T's protection plan claiming it would cover the phone during transit. I questioned why we would need it for transit, we declined the insurance. Then Erick went to continue with the upgrade and instead added the current phone as new installments. Erick then told us to just call AT&T customer service and walked away to help other customers. Fabian came over, he was able to call customer support with us and undo the changes that Erick made. We still need to order the phone online, but Fabian was really helpful. The sales practices that Erick is utilizing are completely unprofessional and confusing. If new phone gets damaged in transit AT&T should cover that not a protection plan. It's a misleading tactic to meet his numbers. I would not trust this person

Jose was very helpful and informative! Great Associate to have at Att! And Mustafa has great customer service skills and made me feel very comfortable while helping me with my account. Leo also assisted with my new service setup. The team works well togetjer

My representative @ 16 N State in Chicago was a young man named Matthew. Matthew, was courteous and very informative from my initial phone call for information right up until we personally interacted. He was very polite, confident, knowledgeable and also very attentive. Matthew went above and beyond making sure that I knew about which promotions were being offered to making sure I had the best phone to fit my needs along with the right accessories needed for my upgrade he was very patient and took the time to explain and answer any questions/concerns I had( he even postponed his meal) he made sure everything was transferred to the new phone and all my info was deleted from the old phone. But, most of all he made sure that I walked away satisfied with my phone in perfect working order. Niw that’s truly caring about your customer. Thanks Matthew for sharing a great Customer Service Experience!!!!
