Needed to get a new SIM card but with my old number (I’d lost my card overseas). The AT&T portal/app was giving me a lot of trouble. When I came to this store, Nick immediately knew how to help me and got me set up with everything I needed. He was also very cordial and friendly.
We needed to upgrade a phone. We were met by a sales rep, Nick as soon as we entered the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He addressed all of our questions, helped with a new phone and accessories and was able to make a few changes to our monthly bill that saved us approx $30/mo. Excellent overall experience.
Cameron at the AT&T store did a fantastic job helping my husband and I tonight. I had very complicated issues with my phone and phone plan. He ran the numbers multiple times and gave us trustworthy advice about what would be the most cost effective and timely solution. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! I recommend him to help you with your needs!
The most horrible AT&T store in Atlanta is this location. ( Perimeter Center West)
I was there trying to buy an accessories which was a phone charger, they found it unnecessary to attend to me. It took them a while before someone came to me.
A lady by name Jennifer (white lady) who attended to me looked up and down at me as if I was nobody. She was very rude. The way she talked to me was very unprofessional. Her customer service was poor.
She don’t deserve to work there because she can ruin the progress of the company. Do not go there !!
Find a different and better store to go because you worked hard for your money. Just run away when you see Jen.
Briones!!! If you ever need help with your account, returning phones, getting Fiber, come here and ask for Briones! ATT Corporate customer service did not help me in three days, came here and was helped. He was patient, funny and deserves a raise!
