AT&T Store

The Pittsfield Illinois AT&T store never is able to provide the correct change when I pay with cash Ive been told I can pay with cash but love been shortchanged 25 cents once and 75 cents the second time. I don't think this is fair. This problem needs taken care of immediately.

Very bad store I would suggest one of the others. Everyone I talk to also complained. Retailer should reevaluate the employees in pittsfield store. Never have I had to deal with people that unprofessional.

Went to pay phone bill before they shut it off. Got to the building at 4 after being told they were open till 6. They were closed 2 hours early. Must be nice to just pick and choose when you want to be open and make your customers waste gas and money just to have their phone shut off because they don’t have correct business hours.

I was very satisfied with my sales girl. She was wonderful and it was so much better than dealing with customer service on the phone.
