AT&T Store

I’ve used this store and service for over 6 years and they are always so helpful. They have very nice employees and care about their customers. I don’t see myself switching from AT&T anytime soon.

Overall had an AMAZING experience and felt very comfortable and welcomed in the store got exactly what I needed and wanted and at the price needed for me! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!

My phone is under warranty and the new young manager tried warranty my phone out with the same phone for 36 months. That’s not how that works needlessly to say they didn’t fix my phone.. 36 months 28.oo a month when mine is the same phone.. and not damaged in any form.

First, the guy who works there is very good at what he does. He would have to be, because he's the only person there. It took me all day to catch him without a line of other customers. I would suggest trying to get there first thing in the morning or just after he gets back from lunch. The good news is that my phone signal is a whole lot better than it was with Verizon. The bad news is that they automatically signed me up for their "Protection Plan," which I did not request and I do not want, and it appears to be almost impossible to cancel it. So if you decide to go with AT&T, be aware that they are going to try to charge you $17/month for each phone or other device for this insurance plan which is practically worthless as far as I can see.
