AT&T Store

Greeted with a smile and hello! Little cute store. Well organized and informed staff. Felt like the Hilton of At&t stores. Five stars. Round of applause.

Paid an installment off for my watch cash in the store and am still being billed for it. There is nothing on file i made this payment either. I was either lied to about what I was paying for or the money was stolen. The staff here is very unorganized, unprofessional, and could care less about their customers. Even the reps talk down on their own workplace. There was a LINE TO THE DOOR and ONLY 1 REP ON THE CLOCK. Another rep comes in in shorts and a tee shirt, skips the line, goes straight to the safe and gives whoever he was with him the last Iphone even though other people were waiting patiently. Im sure for a discount too. If anybody has any issues through this place contact Prime Communications. They are the owners of this location.

Went to the store today, and the manager Seth was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was easy to talk to. The store overall was great. Keep up the good work.

The store rep. took care of us right when we came through the door. She answered all our questions. We were out the door in 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you for her service.
