I’m not a native to Atlanta, so I took a risk coming to this location, as it was near my hotel. Christian T. was extremely helpful, patient, and funny despite my issue being very complex. If you come to this location, please ask for him, he has great energy and the best accent ever.

Aniass was very attentive, patient, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were addressed. She contacted customer service and walked us through the process with customer service instead of leaving us to figure out what to do on our own.

The associate who helped me trade in my phone told me that adding insurance and signing up for the NextUp plan was mandatory in order to trade in my phone with the available promotion which added an extra $23/mo plus tax on my plan, which I later found out was not correct. Everyone working in the store was very nice and helpful but the woman who was assisting me had told me and another customer multiple times after asking that these additional monthly fees were mandatory and we were not given the option to opt out.

UPDATE, GOT MY PHONE YESTERDAY AND ALREADY MAILED THE SHATTERED BACK. THAT'S UNBELIEVABLE. Bree like the cheese is an exceptional customer advocate. I'm a professional sales coach that focuses on benefit style sales and misdirection and have volumes of others who have coached me many moons ago. Bree deployed benefit style sales and misdirection and utilized the actual sales process. She is likely the best sales there and doesn't know it, untrained formally, I was beyond impressed. She is a true natural, many aspects of sales can't be taught, it has to be natural. That is not a negative to those learning. She is advanced and ready for complex sales. She provided exceptional service. I'm in Ks and She is in Atlanta. I'm using this location despite being in Kansas. Shout out to Marseilles Wallace, he let me know I had the correct location. He didnt break any rules of personal information, misdirection is that powerful. Proof that Gorilla glass is Fake.
