I walked into thos location with such a nasty attitude and the worker there stayed calm at all times haha she did end fixing my voice mail actually. Should of been nicer I apologize for my behavior

When are your sales ladies? Amy I guess I was there yesterday she refused to talk to me. She treat me like garbage. I never go back to the store again and the other guy who was working there he was making excuses for her bad customer service losing a lot of customers, because of that kind of people

We showed up at 7 pm to help solve a problem with our phone and the door is locked. The hours are open until 8pm. They left a sign saying they will be back at 6:45. Another lady waiting said she had been waiting over an hour and still nobody here. And, that she thinks the employee is in a car behind the store doing "something" with another man. Totally unprofessional.

Great customer service the manager helped me with my bill bc att was mis charging me on my business account

Customer service was prompt and polite, though didn’t seem very knowledgeable. The music playing over the loud speaker was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Rap music about “pu—y licking” and other inappropriate words. I’m glad I decided not to bring my kids in the store. Will not be returning to this location.
