AT&T Store

I had a great experience working with Thorn and Stephen. They treated me like a valued customer. I really like my new S23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 6. I highly recommended this location for all your mobile device needs.

Update: (On 9/28 five days after my first review) I arrived at work to two completely falsified negatives google reviews left about me and my business by AT&T employees. This place has the worst customer service. Manager Stephen shouldn’t be allowed to answer a phone let alone run a store. Outright lies to customers. The only reason this store gets one star is to warn others. Be aware!! They get very angry when you take photos too.

I have been so royally assisted here today, and always that I have a high admiration and love for the people here and the service which I receive and have for decades from AT&T. This particular group of people go above and beyond to take care of my every need. Bianca at the Boulder location is SO helpful and professional. She was incredible to work with. We had a lot of things we needed to take care of and she made it so easy and seamless. Would give her 10 stars if I could!!

I have always had good luck visiting this AT&T store in Boulder. Recently, we wanted to add a line to my account and Jenean S helped us, and was able to solve all of our issues quickly. We were able to get our business concluded sooner than we anticipated. We appreciate the great service!
