AT&T Store

This is the best place. I started with Apple Store (never go there) and ended up at this At&T store on Clay. We had the BEST experience. Jacob is kind, patient, knowledgeable, quick, and skilled in all things. He not only helped us, he was doing everything! He speaks different languages, multitasker and excellent at customer service. Best in the business and made our phone experience enjoyable. The other workers there were also friendly and hard working. Great experience!

Jacob and everyone at the store were amazing! Broke my phone the day before leaving town and they helped me trade it in and set up a new phone. They’re incredibly thorough when explaining all the options and patient. 10/10 👍

“Magic Jacob” kindly helped us get the a prepaid SIM card installed on our iPhone which apparently had an eSim card. We were grateful as we have no clue how to do this - thus “magic Jacob” 😊
