Brian was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. When there was an issue with my ability to access changes to the account, he quickly told us how to proceed. He was attentive to me during the sale and setup of my new phone, all while keeping track of the many other customers in the store. Professional, polite, helpful. Pleasant too. HE DESERVES A RAISE!
I was having issues with my IPhone and had to stop at the AT&T store on Wabash In Springfield IL. I was helped by Brody who laid out several ways to go and helped me choose the one that made the most sense. Brody was very knowledgeable and very professional. I also talked to his manager who was so kind. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out I appreciated it very much. Job well done!!
Brooke is one of those rare, hard to find people who would do their best to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate her kindness and assistance the day we came into the store. Thank you for being a genuine person.
S/N: I feel it would be a great idea for sellers to explain the details and functionality of a new device instead of rushing the sale. Please note that Brooke is not the person I'm referring to. Brooke is awesome. Staff, please don't assume everyone is tech savvy and truly understand how to back up their files to help prevent incidents where one may lose everything.

Visits the Wabash AT&T store to upgrade my phone yesterday and meet with Emily. I will never use anyone except her from now on. She is so knowledgeable and fast with the upgrade. We met with her about a month ago and she did my husbands upgrade in less than 45 minutes. She is the best!!!
