Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Christian was patient and professional and helped me obtain the additional line I needed. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

The staff was very helpful, and able to get me switched over from Verizon quickly. I immediately had much better service and was over all pleasantly surprised with how smooth and easy it was.

Just walked out the door and the manager, Brian was so impressive, knowledgeable, efficient and effective I felt compelled to immediately write this review. He calmly assisted multiple customers but never left any of us feeling abandoned. Incredibly nice guy. Hopefully upper management knows what they have and goes above and beyond for him as he does for AT&T. Refreshing to walk out of the store and have all of my issues that phone-in customer service, and two other locations couldn’t be bothered to fix or understand for the past 6-7 months resolved. Kudos Brian! I will spread the word - retail needs more Brian’s!
