AT&T Store

Lester doesn’t know how to do his job and should find a new one probably fast food since messing up peoples orders is what he’s good at. Went in to get a new phone and exchange the one we had. Left with no service unknowingly, a different installment plan we didn’t agree on, and a phone in the mail after he tried to get us to buy a smaller storage phone. Try hiring competent people AT&T…

You have fantastic service at this store. I am a senior citizen, and I brought my granddaughter and the two gentlemen related to us so well! We will tell all our friends about this store’s service! These two employees, Levi and Elias, are an asset to AT&T!

Elias is awesome. Super chill and willing to help out with your situation. He suggested a better outcome for what we went in for. We walked out as happy customers. Great guy, down to earth, and awesome at his job. Thank you so much for fixing my phone. The last AT&T store I went to literally told me my phone (that wasn't able to make/receive calls) told me it was "In God's Hands."

I went there to upgrade my phone. Elias greeted me as soon as I opened the door. It was a sincere greeting with him looking at me and making eye contact. Some places people just greet you because they have to, and do not really care or even look at you. I already knew what I wanted and Elias was able to give me additional helpful information. I asked Elias to transfer all my stuff on my new that I had on my old one and he did it without question. Previously when I had upgraded, the associate (not Elias) had told me to do it myself. Elias hung out with me for the full half hour it took to transfer all my stuff to my new phone. We had a good conversation and he was easy to talk to. Elias was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and respectful. He obviously loves his job and takes pride in it. The store manager should know how lucky he is to have an employee like him and I hope Elias gets a big raise or bonus. I see that most of the 5 star reviews for this location talk about Elias. I hope that upper management sees all this and makes him a store manager.

Elias was great both times me and my mother came into the store, very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was also extremely friendly. All around great customer service and support. Glad we switched from t-mobile to AT&T!
