The management team and John were amazing at helping me solve my issues with my device. They explained all my options so that i could make the best decisions about how to move forward and ultimately got a new device. They made it really easy to move all my data into a new device and will definitely be back if i have any issues with my phone. Thank you very much to the Powers store for going above and beyond my expectations.

I went in for a phone upgrade. The whole process was very quick and everyone in the store was very attentive and helpful. I chose to trade in my phone while I was at the store which took a bit so Cory had to go to lunch so he asked the other store workers to check on me while he was gone. Overall everyone was very positive and helpful.

Not helpful at all. Deceptive when upgrading my boyfriends phone. He was told he had insurance protection etc. the whole 9 yards and that’s the reason he bought the phone in the first place bc it seemed like a deal. Fast forward, his phone cracks so he goes to get the insurance info to get it fixed and the guy who sold him the phone (AJ) refused to even talk to him bc he was “on his lunch”. Therefore the other sales guy was just like well you S.O.L. We both work service industry and run a business, not once was it offered to get a manager to speak to, not once was there a comprised agreement proposed. Terrible customer service but I don’t expect great customer service out of middle aged men tbh.

ATT at New Center Point: Colorado Springs, CO. AJ was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the product set. AJ addressed all of my questions and made sure that I was informed about all of the options available to me and all of the cost options. Great customer care. Very satisfied with my new phone.

I don’t want to name specific names, the guy who helped me is extremely nice and helpful, but as with most salesmen, quite a bit deceptive in terms of the product that they are selling. I was under the impression that the FirstNet service was meant to be better to give priority service to first responders, but seems to be SUBSTANTIALLY worse than my previous provider. Hoping things getting better because if not, this is sadly a huge downgrade for me with it being also significantly more expensive then what I had been paying.
