AT&T Store

I have had nothing but problems with AT&T over the last few years. The service they provide is top tier but their store and phone support isn’t great. AT&T had a trade-in promotion towards a new iPhone. After I traded in, I saw a few months later that I owed in full on my new phone. Upon calling they said the people at the store must not have activated it, and they will go ahead and check in on my trade-in and get back to me. They did and my payments started 3 months late. I didn’t think this was a big deal until two years later when I considered upgrading to a new phone. During their trade-in offers, they lock you into a 36 month contract and they take a percentage of the $800 credit you originally got into each payment month by month. So my $34/month payment is $11/month after trading in. But they only take off $23 of the $800 trade in amount EVERY MONTH. Which means with a year left in my contract,which should be 9 months or $70 less in what I owe. If I trade in right now I will owe $466.51 to pay off my phone, just to trade in and do it all over again. And their premium $15.99/month insurance covers my camera that is broken for a $200 charge. Outrageous. That’s why I pay $15.99/month or $383.76 for insurance in the last two years! Apple is better with price and warranty at this point if you can wait for their promotions. Read the fine print people.

Went to the large ATT on Lagrange - it’s a huge store and they had a good amount of staff working so there was no wait. Tiffany was SO helpful. She quickly understood what we needed and was efficient in helping us out. Plus she was super friendly 🤗 very grateful for this quick and easy trip to the store.

Daniel my ATT representative did a outstanding job, very professional experience, she was able to put me in a service that was fit to my needs and lowered my price,,, Took time to be patient and understanding to give me that top quality service.

I am so EXTREMELY frustrated with this store. It seems they are very happy to help sell you an item and take your money but when the incorrect item was ordered/received, they most DEFINITELY do not want to help rectify the situation and easily pass you on to call customer service for them to help you. I am totally at the point of moving to a different carrier. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF THERE'S A CHANCE SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG!

Tiffany was awesome today. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable and saved me money changed my Xfinity account to AT&T . This is the type of customer service we need when we are spending our hard earn money .
