Rude employees just trying to throw each other under the bus and no one in this entire company seems to actually care about customer complaints and concerns. As long as you are spending money and they are making commission, they couldn’t care less about what the customer is asking for. Kyle from this location specifically was a real jerk- told us one thing one day and the complete opposite the next,all while being very rude and condescending. The only good advice he gave was to leave negative reviews ( although he wanted us to do this for another location we had issues at, not for himself, but don’t worry we are returning the favor and leaving all of the locations we had to visit, negative reviews.)

I made an online appt, was 2 minutes late. The gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable, I believe his name was John. I waited maybe 3 seconds to be greeted, was in a chair, he already had my phone, knew EXACTLY what I needed done when I wasn't even sure, and was fixing issues maybe 20 seconds later. He even knew the parking zone number out front and offered me free parking in the back of the store. He saved me money on my bill, was very nice, and most importantly he knows the product. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THIS AT&T STORE BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE ALONE. I thought I would be in store a minimum of an hour getting my issues taken care of, John had me all fixed up in less than 15 minutes. Thank you!

I went to have my phone checked out because the screen was broken and they had a technician at the store. When I got there, the employee who helped me out told me I did not have insurance, but that the tech on site could still look at the phone. The technician was very professional, but could not help me with the screen as I did not have the protection plan. Fabi was able to help me upgrade my phone and I had an amazing experience with the whole team! I’ve been coming to this store for years and they’re always so helpful.

Avoid AT&T in the Denver Metro area! I've been an AT&T sense 2004(When it was Cingular). AT&T has had an outage sense March(now it's October) and these are the speeds I am getting(pictured). Notice how it says 5G with full bars. Calls and texts are frequently not received,(Pictured are and calls are dropped while trying to contact At&t, as well as long wait times.) I Contacted At&t in early July to complain about the outage that I had noticed sense March(After Multiple calls1 honest tech support person, confirmed that there have been rolling outages sense march). All other reps, tried to say, that I was only affected from the time I called in Early July. At&t does not notify customers affected by outages, nor do they fully or partially compensate their customers for all months that were affected. I was told all they were able to do, is compensate me partially for 2 months worth or 4 half months, and if the outage continues they will no longer be able to compensate me. Which is quite frankly fraudulent. Also I was told by a manager, that you are technically paying for them to hold your phone number, and only given access to features which are not guaranteed. Also I was told, that they couldn't compensate me as well because I was still able to use the service even if limited. Mean while I'm effectively paying for 5G coverage, in an area that is promoted as being covered by 5G, and I'm getting only a little better speed and less reliable than dial up. This is not the At&t that I have been with for almost 20 years. Also they seem to have no problem losing customers, after I called their Cancelling service to gather information, and was pretty much told we don't care how long you've been with us AVOID AT&T.

My wife and I came in at 7:30 hoping to upgrade some phones. Fabi and Jake worked well past closing time getting us set up. Many thanks for your outstanding customer service.
