AT&T Store

Tried to call the store multiple times to discuss this issue but no answer, and I don’t have time to physically go in to the location. The young woman helping me was in her first day of training and was doing her best to make sure I had all my questions answered. Her trainer, however, gave her little to no assistance and gave me INCORRECT information about my trade in, causing me to have to pay an extra FIFTY DOLLARS on my phone bill. The woman helping me was so lovely, but the communication skills and attentiveness of her supervisor was awful and needs to be addressed. Do better.

I had so many worries expecting no help due to the subpar service I received at other locations prior but this one was awesome. Quickest & cheapest trade in I’ve ever done. Everyone was so nice! I would definitely refer this site to others for tech service!!

On 9/29/23 I went in to trade in an iPhone 11 to iPhone 15. I already had another line/phone (iPhone 13) that I was paying off with an installment plan. When I explained what I wanted to do, I was told multiple times that it could be done and the remaining balance on my installment plan (iPhone 13) would be taken care of and I would just have the new installment plan for the iPhone 15. This was not the case as I found out last week when looking at my bill. Now, instead of having just one installment plan to pay off, I have 2. I was trying to avoid this but was reassured during the process that this wouldn't be the case. Now I have a brand new installment to pay as well as paying off the initial one which still has over $350 left on it! I knew it was too good to be true and wish I never went into the store to make this trade!

Avoid this location if you are trying to upgrade your phones and change your plan. We were told many incorrect things about our discounts, trade-ins, and plan. AT&T customer service has told us we were misinformed by the store manager and employee we were working with. Our bill more than doubled!!! We were told it would only increase by $5 per month.

Cecily gave us the most amazing service we've ever experienced at AT&T, and maybe anywhere else! She is knowledgeable, friendly, knew every discount and savings to offer, and there was not a question we had that she didn't know how to immediately answer. We upgraded 3 lines, she did all the transfers, set ups, screen protectors, everything. Incredible, and can't recommend her and this location more!!!
