My husband, daughter, and I needed our 3 phones activated. We truly lucked out and had the pleasure of having Giovanni help us. He was helpful, patient, and thorough. He also had a great sense of humor, which made the time pass quickly! Giovanni is a real asset to AT&T.

I went into At&T and Jasmine was the best. She was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. She helped set up my new phone as well as correcting the issue with our purchase on another phone. I highly recommended going to At&T in Oak Lawn and asking for Jasmine.

Great customer service Christina and garth were great and and helped me get the perfect i pad for my daughter fast and easy and garth knew it was my daughter's birthday and he wrapped it up for her he was such a nice gentleman
