My husband and I just had the most outstanding customer service from Tevin! AT&T is lucky to have this gentleman as an employee. He is an expert in his field, professional and took outstanding care of the 3 customers he was serving at the same time. I will not go anywhere else in the future.
My family and I had an exceptional experience over several days with Adrian. His customer service and attentiveness were extraordinary. He knew how to connect with us on a personal level, he addressed our concerns with very creative problem solving, and he was fully committed to provide exactly what we needed even taking him well past closing hour. I have been an AT&T customer for 31 years, and I can say Adrian has been one of the best and most effective employees with whom I've interfaced.
My family and I went to AT&T by the Showplace in Naperville. We were attended by Adrian. He has been by far one of the best sales reps/manager we have ever had. He was super friendly, kind, and patient. He answered each and every one of our questions with so much grace. Adrian thank you for being so amazing and funny. We will definitely be returning to that location for any of our upgrades/purchases.
This may be a long review but it something needs to be said. I have worked with Adrian and Antonio for the last month trying to set up new service, transferring my information over, just overall a GREAT experience. These two gentlemen have been great to my wife and I and more importantly they have been patient with us. Both of these men have been very thorough with everything. Explaining the bill, credits and how to work my device. I will also admit that some of the other customers aren't willing to wait for great customer service. Maybe I have a biased opinion of these men but I assure you these are great employees. Thank you gentlemen for everything!
I had a terrible experience in this store on March 9. I went in to buy a prepaid SIM card and a phone. A technician who seemed pretty unexperienced and careless charged me $130 for what was advertised to be 70ish+tax in store (prepaid phone). It took her close to 90 minutes to set it up and none of other technicians seemed to dare to help. I was quite dissatisfied and angry at the end and when I was walking out, the technician told me to ignore the feedback survey if I receive one!!!
