AT&T Store

I came in for an upgrade before a trip, and there was a niche problem processing trading in the old phone. The guys went waaaaay out of their way to get the upgrade done for me. They spent over an hour on the phone, and even when their own support agent seemed ready to give up, they kept working on the problem and didn't stop until it was fixed. They were enjoyable to be around the entire time, not seeming frustrated at all by the situation. Definitely the best experience I've had in a carrier store. So I'd specifically like to thank Nick and Marcus for going above and beyond. It made an impression on me.

We always buy our phones at the Danada location. Our service on Saturday was exceptional. Nicholas and Marcus were great! They are both very knowledgeable and made what could have been a grueling experience very fun.

Me along with my Mother came to this store hoping we can fix an issue with her defective iphone 13 and once the representative inspected the phone he said ma'am your phone is completely fried and it cannot be fixed and basically tried to get her into buying a new iPhone. She stated to the employee that was helping us saying okay well if you say it's completely broken then I will inform my employer to replace my iPhone because her iPhone is a company phone. After leaving this location I find this salesman hard to believe and this salesman was trying to take advantage of my Mother by trying to get her in buying a new one. I went to apple and did some looking into myself and they actually said your Mother's iPhone 13 can be fixed for no charge which was covered by warranty and apple even mentioned if it cannot be fixed for any reason we will replace the whole iPhone 13 for free. AT&T at Danada location you have deceived us as long time customers we will no longer be coming back.

If I could give a 10 star I would….actually hear they are +5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟!! Nick helped out a ton today!!!! This will be my store to come to from here on out! Thanks for getting my service up and running again!!

The rep , Quintin ( I believe name is accurate) did a fantastic job! He was was very helpful and accommodating. He answered all my questions. This corporate office is generally one of the best places with good customer service that I've been to. Keep it up. Thank you!
