I've tried every phone service on the market, Verizon, tmoblie, sprint... ect. I've dealt with countless store managers, and its always lead to disappointment. I want to say my perspective has been completely changed. Josh was the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful store manager I've ever dealt with. He answered all my questions, and offered me the best service. His multitasking was astounding as he handled me, and a couple customers at the same time. I never felt forgotten about as he greeted all his customers by name checking to make sure we were all taken care of. That takes a special kind of customer service to remember all our names. He even helped a customer in a wheelchair get out the door safely. If you want to have a store manager in your corner, I recommend Josh at Tocco hills at&t store. Impeccable service Josh! Thank you.
I recently upgraded my phone and the staff was super helpful and cleared up all my questions. They work with you to help you get the best deals and promotions. Super friendly. Definitely the best experience I had dealing with AT&T. Special shout-out to Valentino for being such a wholesome guy.
Valentino was an outstanding support while I struggled through many account issues created by the call center. Lots of clicks and data entry and Valentino magic yielded a cohesive account, proper access, and reduced costs. Highly recommend!
I came into this store a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone and was provided with superb customer service by Valentino. Being a senior citizen, I am working hard to "stay in the loop" regarding technology and Valentino was very patient in assisting me in making the transition to a new phone. He also assisted me in getting the correct accessories to go with my new phone. Thank you!🤗
We had several changes to make to our account and were dreading going to the store to make them. Fortunately, Quinn was able to quickly help us get all of the changes completed and went above and beyond to get us past the usual customer service roadblocks.
