AT&T Store

Andre was GREAT! He always helps me with whatever phone needs I have for my mom and I. His customer service is just the BEST! He is such a joy to be around , and always makes the process of things so easy! I always recommend my family & friends to him. Thank you , keep up the great work! I love my new iPhone 15 pro.

I had previously visited a different location (Pleasant Ridge Town Center) with the intention of switching our business landlines and Internet to AT&T from Comcast as well getting a new phone for an existing mobile line. The previous location gave me incorrect information and told me certain things weren't possible (like transferring the contacts from an iPhone to a new android). I left that location and came to this one (Financial Centre Parkway). I was primarily assisted by Star who was very patient, thorough, and helpful. She was able to successfully assist me with everything I wanted with zero hassle. All AT&T store are not the same, I strongly recommend this location if you are looking to do anything with AT&T in the Little Rock area.

David was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy at all, easy to talk to. Took some extra time to make sure I was getting the best deal for my needs.

Rod is the best manager I've ever dealt with an any retail environment. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Even sold me new things while saving me money.

Rude staff will greet walking toward you the instant you enter, no time not even seconds to get a feel of the building or items. Inquired about hotspot which they didn't seem keen on selling at ALL, then they ask trillion questions about how you're going to use the hotspot, then BANG on the table in anger when asked to repeat something. Looked no older than 20. These kids really don't need to be working customer service. Walked out will not be back. If I was management in eye or ear shot of the encounter disciplinary action would be taken.
