Had a phenomenal experience doing my trade-in on the 4th of July with Tony and Rashawn! They were friendly and personable with loads of information to get me squared away on my new Samsung phone!

Julio was very friendly, made it super easy for me to upgrade my lines.

Rashad was wonderful. He assessed our problem, listened to what we wanted, and proceeded to explain what he would be doing, and asking along the way if this is what we want it. He facilitated buying a new phone as the old one was damaged, setting it up for us, and making sure everything worked. This was a delight! We had tried to do this online and had our order rejected five times. Two hours of wasted time. Rashad did this with kindness and efficiency, and everything is working great. Time to give them a raise :-)

The guy was a great help. I came in, he was busy, but very helpful. I got what i needed. Will definitely be back.
