I wish I would have shared earlier, but I had a gentlemen help me get a new phone and he was helpful in every way possible. He got me a great deal, saved me money, and was quick and engaged. I can’t remember his name, but he had a very old-fashioned, swingy way of talking. He had a lot of spunk in him. Ive always gone to this AT&T, and this was the best experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this dude rocks !

I went into the Cheyenne Mountain phone center today September 11 of 2023 which of course is not a good day for America but we still remember it and we still pray and bless those that we lost and on such a sad day to employees of AT&T made a bright star shine in the sky and in the store they took good care of my needs. They helped me with my photos and showed me how to make stickers. They also checked my bill and updating my records to see if there was anything else that I might need and explained a lot of things on my phone. That other reps in other areas had never explained. They were both very patient and I would really like them to be acknowledged for the excellent not good, but excellent service. They both gave their names is Sean the other one is Angel every time I’ve been in the phone center they have always been right there to help me. They are both very pleasant always have a smile and never get in a hurry they make sure they explain things since I’m 77 years old. It takes a lot of patience to help someone like me and they are the greatest plus since I’m a retiree from AT&T and used to train and do executive complaints. I know good service and there’s is not only good but it’s more than excellent, these two guys should be commended on their service. I would hire him in a heartbeat thank you for keeping such good employees.

Cary and Max are the best employees this location has EVER seen. Seems like 90% of the rest of them have no idea what they’re doing or mess things up. We usually come specifically to see Cary, but had to come in on his day off. Max helped us and was great. Super kind and helpful. Fixed my problem very quickly and efficiently.

If I could give this zero stars I would. You can trust absolutely nothing from this company. The customer service is nonexistent! Never call 611if you’re having trouble with your service because every person you talk to will give you a different answer, they will ghost you and some of their “fixes” will be so wrong that it will cost you money. To top it off we found out that the salespeople trying to sell you phones and plans may commit fraud. We are out thousands of dollars because of fraud committed by one employee. He was fired, but we are still paying the price. Go to Any other service provider besides AT&T.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The customer service here is terrible. Walked in and sat for 45 minutes without even being acknowledged. Max was incredibly disrespectful, started speaking to me in a different language, even though I speak English. We were told that we would be charged $30 for DIRECTV when we were actually charged over $200. They were deceitful and it’s a bad way to do business. I asked to speak to a manager and she hid in the back and did not come out to help in the hour that we were in the store. Even though we specifically asked to speak with her.
