My family and I came in today to get two new phones and Apple Watches and Chris was SO helpful! He is kind and definitely knows what he is talking about! He stayed calm and was helping not only my family but also his coworkers around him! He was patient and answered all of our questions without any hesitation! If anyone sees this review definitely consider him for a manager position!

Such a nightmare. I had to change carriers because I moved to a town with poor coverage from AT&T. Part of this is unlocking the device. After I paid up my bill they had me go to a particular website, but it wasn't working. Had me wait a bit then try again and again... Eventually the manager told me that the site was BLOCKED inside the store because some associates had been doing something shady through it (so they blocked it for everyone instead of firing the associates who were cheating them?!) When I tried the site at home I was locked out from too many attempts (!!) and I had to wait another 24 hours to try. Unlock was supposedly approved right away but nothing happened... This was Sunday afternoon. Monday, still locked. Drove to the store to get help but was only told to wait a full 48 hours. Finally I got my phone unlocked after talking to the 1-800 customer service number... And no, waiting 48 hours would NOT have worked.

Going to the store to pick up an online order was a mistake. I should have had it sent to my house. The customer service at this store sucks, on many levels. I walk in to an empty store without customers and without being greeted by an associate sitting right next to the door to check you in. He was too busy on his personal phone. I stood there and was eventually acknowledged. So I gave him the information on the order. As I waited for my order, I wandered around, looking for a case, screen protector, charging brick, and longer charging cable. The associate comes out from the back and hands me the bag. He wanted me to sign for the order and he was going to send me on my way. I couldn't believe he didn't try to sell me an accessory. So I asked about them. Come to find out, they had zero inventory for cases and a minimum amount of screen protectors. After seeing the price tag of $60 for a screen protector, the lack of protective cases, and the customer service I received, I left the store, very unhappy. After I had transferred my data and factory reset my old phone at home, I returned to the store to drop off my trade-in about a week later. Somehow it didn't factory reset. The associate had me enter my PIN so he could get the IMEI. After he gets the information he needs from my old phone, I ask, "Since I entered my PIN, can I have the phone to do another reset? It still has my personal information on it." The associate was hesitant about giving me the phone. As a former cell phone repair store manager, the creepiness of his actions regarding my old phone, sent red flags after I requested to reset it. It still had my personal data on it and this creep now has my old unlocked phone. I wasn't having it. He did give me the phone to do another factory reset, but the look of disappointment on his face and the hesitancy said everything. Needless to say, my first impression as being a new AT&T Cellular customer is not a good one.

Daniel was very helpful with finishing my phone upgrade and helping upgrade my husband's phone. This particular store has always been able to help us whem our phones have issues, or we have issues with AT&T. They really are solution specialists.

I had a good experience with your store recently when I wanted to start service with AT&T. Though I had to wait a while (as everyone was busy), Noelle did her best to come help me as soon as she was able. She was professional, efficient, and friendly. Thank you for helping me expeditiously and easily to get my phone to work well under the prepaid plan!
