AT&T Store

Added a line to my plan at the Pleasant Ridge location and the salesperson told me a price that seemed high. Decided not to add it when she called me back in the store and gave me a different price. When I received my first bill it was $130 higher than quoted. Went back and spoke to store manager and he told me he would get my bill back to original+ $20. Received my 2nd bill and it was still $100 high. AT&T has refused to make this right. Even though the manager has admitted that he and his salesperson gave me incorrect info. Worst experience ever. Definitely do not recommend!

Keshia is the best hands down! Every time I come in the store she right there greeting with a smile. I love how she listens to problem and she gets me in and out fast. Ask for Keshia if you come to this store she is the best.

I went in to this location with the intention of changing our business internet and landlines over to AT&T from Comcast and to get a new phone for an existing mobile line. Was told we couldn't keep our landline phone number if we switched. Was also told that if we got an android phone they wouldn't be able to transfer the data from the iPhone we were switching from. I couldn't get an explanation as to why either of these things weren't possible. Thankfully I decided to go to a different location (Financial Centre Parkway) and they told me that both of these things were possible and got me set up. All locations are not the same. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and visiting the one located off of Financial Centre Parkway instead.

Keshia did a fantastic job fixing a major mess on my account. I would recommend seeing her if you have any issues, she is great & does a fantastic job!

Bianca is Awesome!!!! She will assist you with your phone transfer. Don’t stress on getting a new phone! Just go see Bianca!!!!! I would give her 10 stars if that was available!!! Great service!!!! Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere!!!!!
