Bought AirPod pros here yesterday and wanted to exchange them since the quality wasn’t what I thought it should be. The audio was scratchy, and I was having trouble witb the connection. They wanted a restocking fee of about $55 so I took them to Quality Office, a certified Apple repair store. That’s where they informed me that they had been activated 5 months ago. The 1 star was only because I can’t figure out how to give 0. I’m going to keep my eye on this review to see how long they keep it on here.
We came in with problems, and Garret's expertise and understanding of the system saved us from a lot of trouble and unnecessary expense! Thank you so much.
Very little wait unlike the other store in our area. Emily worked with us to find the best deal on our phones as well as modify our current plan to save us money. Emily was very delightful and we enjoyed our visit. Definitely going back to this store in the future.
I arrived within minutes of the store opening that day, so I didn't have to wait. I descibed my issue (old phone, battery shot). They offered me a "free" upgrade to an S22, so I accepted. Then proceeded to tell me I had to pay ~90$ for "sales tax".
It wasn't until I paid that 1 of them, in an obviously rehearsed manner, "checked inventory" - in back, came out & told me they didn't have any in stock.
So now I'm still sitting here with a phone that barely works, waiting for my new one.
Of course, had I known before accepting the "deal", I wouldn't have made that purchase.
I don't like being manipulated.
