AT&T Store

i usually get good service here however today i went by cuz of the supposed Free Iphone 15 after calling and being hung up on when tried calling with no answer and 4-6 people on hold. store was not open during their posted business hours during what I would bet would have been a busy day. that’s a first i have ever seen for a cell phone store in 34 years of using their services. 10/9/23after calling today at 12:30p and talking to someone from this store, i drive to the store at 3pm and no one is there again!!! Are you Kidding me?!? i did my order online so i don’t miss the free phone trade in of $830 towards a new Iphone 15.

I am very satisfied! Toby was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me! He helped us in 10 minutes at most, kept the store open after hours and made a call for his cash register to be opened! He is also very friendly and has great customer service skills! Thank you Toby!

Horrible hours, never open on time. Very inconvenient for people that work for a living. Its after opening and there’s all kinds of missed deliver slips on the door. There’s no less than 5 cars in the parking lot waiting on them to open. Makes you wonder if they’ve completely closed. Lady from a business next door said there’s been nobody here for close to 2 weeks.

My service was awesome! Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about and purchased. She made the transaction very easy and quick as could be setting up a new phone. There was absolutely nothing that I could say negative about my interaction. Great job Emily. Thank you!
