AT&T Store

My sales associate was very patient, kind and well educated at what he does. He definitely needs a raise. Should be put a management position considering he knew more than the actual manager on the clock. And the said manager that was on the clock was not very nice to the customers that he was helping and the customers was only asking for help and to be more informed.

I bought an iPhone 15 from a promo that gave $850 credit for my trade in. While waiting for the new phone to come in they told me to keep my old phone until the new phone arrived. Once my new phone arrived I only got $350 for my trade in because the promotion expired. This wasn’t my fault and they didn’t tell me about any of this when I bought the phone of course. It was just a way to make the customer lose $500 and a bigger gain for them. I think the whole situation was a scam.

Lukas was extremely rude and should not be apart of att, lacks every attribute for a “sales” and “customer service” rep. Told me I was a liar and wouldn’t help with anything.

Very good customer service Isaiah Huey found issues with my old phone then helped us when we went new phone route goth my wife and I. You wish everywhere was that customer orientated. Thank you!

The staff at this store was so very helpful in getting my wife a new phone and setting me up with a new account. I was very pleased with the service and will make sure to bring my future business through the amazing AT&T team there!! It was also amazing to witness the team handle an upset customer while staying very calm. Great store very clean and amazing team!! Keep up the great work!
