AT&T is a joke. I don’t recommend to anyone. They sent us a notice of disconnection on a $0 balance. Our phones were disconnected for 3 days with a $0 balance! We called for days and days, finally went into a store to get reconnected. No one apologized for the inconvenience, no credit was given, no explanation of the confusion was provided. 2 days after being reconnected, we received another notice of disconnection for $0 balance.
I would not recommend going to this location, the manager at the store is not helpful at all she is really dry has bad customer service she is lazy and will not offer a helping hand, my Grandparents who are in there 70s came in to upgrade there phone and she was terrible with the service, she basically just sold them the phone and said you all can do the transfer process at home. She also was really focused on the paying part like she that was only she was rushing us with. Just not personable, if she don’t like her Job I recommend that she needs to just quit. James was so helpful with everything. I had some concerns about what I did online. The associates had trouble locating the order also. Finally I was advised to come into the store and all of my concerns were addressed. I switched over from a family plan with sprint, was able to keep my number and when we had to re-apply, since the order had an error, everything was still the same price. It was getting close to closing and James happily helped and stayed after hours up to about 30 minutes just to make sure the customer service was 100%. He even went the extra mile to put screen protectors on two phones when he easily could have said no; but he didn’t. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and also depend on these type of reviews, I just want to make sure that he gets the recognition he deserves!
