AT&T Store

This people in this store work pretty darn hard. Even when they are very busy, it doesn't stop them from treating their customers nicely and professionally. I worked with April and Jey. They were both fantastic. But I could tell the rest we're doing great as well. The manager there is Jey and has some good ideas for business accounts. This is where I go to help manage my real estate business and the six phones and devices, I have on my account. Thank you guys for always being helpful when we smash a phone, need a replacement, or an upgrade. Telephone calls, text, photos and video are critically important to my business. First and foremost, speaking, or having video conferences with my clients, I've never had a problem! The last thing I want is dropped calls or dropped video when I'm talking about people I'm helping. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This particular location could not have given better customer service. My sales person was especially helpful. I felt like a valued customer and not just a number. I had to return to the store three times due to my own mistakes. Each time I returned, I was greeted by name. I received awesome service, and everybody seemed knowledgeable and very friendly. I don’t normally do these reviews however, I feel that this store definitely deserves some positive recognition. Thank you to everybody who helped.

Great service. April did a great job helping me upgrade my phone and internet, and I was able to save some money on my family’s bill. The manager is a really cool guy too. This location also carries more phones than some other AT&T stores I’ve been to.

My experience was wonderful! Jaquon helped me with what I thought was going to be such a disaster and made it a fun and enjoyable experience! My phone was not working properly and he let me know my options, sat with my while I opened a claim and told me to come back when my replacement phone was here so he could help me set it up. True to his word! I called the next day when my phone came and he was so friendly and said come on over! He knew it was important for my phone to be transferred correctly and he sat and explained everything, made me laugh and never made me feel bad for being “tech challenged “ LOL! What an incredible young man you have working here. Best experience I have ever had at ATT in all my years being a customer. Thank you sir! You rock!

I had an opportunity to work with Josh. I had questions about using my phone. He showed me how to crop, save photos, create folders etc. He was patient and ensured I had a full understanding. Service was great.
