AT&T Store

I wanted to thank Don Schene at the Flatiron Crossing AT&T for exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help my mom with her account after the passing of my stepfather. He was efficient, friendly and made sure she was taken care of. It would be great to have more Don's in the world. Thank you!

Filipe, Goose, and Jessica were amazing to work with and chat with while we waited for my new phone to get all the information from my old phone. They were having fun at work which made me feel at ease and wanted to have fun with them. If I ever need any help with AT&T, I won't hesitate to go back and see the crew at that store.

Customer service was able to fix an erased eSIM card, which I appreciate and would give them a 5/5 for. However, the store was having internet issues and so two other phones that I was trying to get updated were unable to be updated. I left without having the update resolved, a 0/5. While I recognize this is not the fault of the customer service reps, it is the responsibility of a cellular data and internet business (AT&T) to make sure all of its services are up and running. I recommend calling in advance to make sure their internet works. So overall, a 3/5.

Jess as the ASM was awesome! She helped us thru a very stressful situation, was patient, and courteous. My experience was pleasant and my concerns were addressed fully. I have never had such an amazing experience at AT&T! This is my absolute favorite location and I will send all of my friends. The store was clean, the representatives were kind and I was amazed with the professionalism. Thank you Jess! I look forward to coming back in the future.

Donny at this store was amazing. Was very patient with all my questions and unique situation. He explained the benefits and flaws in the plans with each phone I looked at. Would high recommend the store and staff thanks to Donny
