AT&T Store

This AT&T store was outstanding. They really work together as a team to get the job done. They took the time to understand my needs. They cared. They knew exactly what to do to help me to the best of their ability. What used to be a fun thing… Going into a cellular store for what used to be a privilege, is no longer fun at many locations. But this location is quickly becoming our family favorite.

I can't even explain how awful my recent experience was. I went to the store to do a simple upgrade of 2 iPhones. The sales rep told me he could get me two new phones, AND lower my monthly payment by $25/month by adding a few more lines to my family account and applying a first responder discount. We got 2 new iPhones and 3 non-iPhones on new lines (which we didn't need), but I was assured our overall monthly bill would be less. Ha! Instead, I got a bill for nearly $900 the following month! After multiple trips to the store (because no one EVER called me back as they promised), and several calls to Customer Care, and a letter to the owner, I still don't have the situation resolved after 3 months. Instead, my monthly bill is now about $75 higher than before, AND I'm out over $1,000 in upgrade fees and other charges for phones I didn't need. I'll be writing another complaint letter to the owner, but doubt I'll ever get a response or have my bill be reduced per the sales person's assurance. Total scam.

Do not go to this At&t location own by prime I've been At&t customer for 28 years never had a problem. Went to update phones and was ripped off so far total of $400.00. Very shady place . Made a complaint I have not heard back from store manager.

Beware. This store is operated by Prime Communications to sell AT&T services. I went in to switch carriers and was quoted a price for a basic plan, which was all I needed, so I signed up. When the bill arrived it was $80 more than the estimate. I had been put on the highest level plan and extra services had been added. I went to the AT&T store on Wabash and, while they were helpful and made corrections to my account, they were unable to make any reduction to my bill. Ronnie and Mickey at this store were quite personable but misrepresented the plan I selected.

Chelsea is so great to help me to figure this international bill wrong charged and correct it! She is so patient and kind! Five stars definitely!!👍👍👍
