Toni is the GOAT. I went to another location to talk to someone about plan options + getting a new phone. Was basically told that they couldn’t really help me. Decided to try another location and not only did Toni get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, she helped me get a new phone, a case, and an Apple Watch. Love love love her.

Fantastic experience with Hayden! He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. We have followed him to a couple of ATT stores because he is so helpful. He worked so hard to find a solution to our unusual situation tonight. We appreciate him very much!

Visited this location last night around 6:30 PM Came in to do an upgrade There was only one employee in the store sitting on the back corner behind his desk. He did not even bother to get up when we came in. We walked to his desk and informed him we wanted to do an upgrade to an iPhone 13 128GB. He then proceeded to tell me to move away from his desk, so I back up. He then said he would have to go back and check if he has any iPhones 13, once he came back he said he did not have any iPhone 13s in stock and he would have to order it. We were OK with ordering the phone and then I informed the employee that I did not want any next up or insurance on my phone. The employee got very upset and said we cannot get a phone if we don’t get insurance. He stated that he cannot let us walk out of the store without insurance, and that we can call AT&T once we walked out of the store to remove the insurance. Since we refuse to get insurance, he then said “ I do not want you looking at my screen and now I’m going to have to kick you out of the store” he was very rude, and this is no way of treating anyone! Being a sales agent means being able to sell to the customer, not obligating someone to get insurance. This agent was very unprofessional.
