I could not be more thankful for Kevin Reyes at this location!! He spent 2 hours yesterday trying to help me purchase a new phone and get info from my old phone. Kevin went above and beyond (worked through his lunch!) to help my daughter and me. After 2 hrs, he sent us home for the last install step with his phone number in case we had questions. Not quite sure how to finish up, we returned this morning for 1.5 hrs. With the help of Rodrigo and Elvis, success was finally found. My old phone had dead spots on the screen, making data transfer and the data wipe almost impossible. Those two worked together and came up with a work-around - YAY!!
I will always go back to THIS store and THESE three young men who came to my rescue!!!!
Worst experience I have had! All I needed was a SIM card for my phone. Waited over an hour and the sales reps never said one word to me! There were several other customers waiting and they were recognized. I guess if you are Caucasian, they don’t acknowledge you! They spoke to every Hispanic in the building and NEVER said one word to me until I finally said something to them. Very unprofessional! Asked to speak to a manager and was told “he’s in the back helping another customer.” Worst customer service experience!!!
Was just in the store and Gerardo and Elvis and their customer service was outstanding. They listened and payed close attention to my needs. Extremely helpful!!!
Very uncomfortable experience. Waited at least 45 minutes to be helped by anyone. Employees were sitting around chatting, no one checked in with us during the long wait. Then the actual process of getting helped took a ridiculous amount of time, again with no one updating us on the process of what they were doing. It was ridiculous and it's been a long time since I had such poor customer service.
