AT&T Store

Store manager is no help at all/unprofessional. He placed my order and ordered the wrong Apple Watch & claims the Apple Watch 9 is free one day. The next day it’s suddenly not so free anymore.(first net) store manger/ employees don’t understand their own promos and try to get you to do it yourself online. Regardless the store manager ordered the wrong Watch and when I asked to see the fine print for the promo he pulls the “just trust me bro” then like a female tells me “ do you want to play a couple extra dollars or I can charge you a 55 dollar restocking fee” even tho he ordered the wrong size and the box was unopen when I brought it in. So either he doesn’t know his own policies or he was just being a Karen. Probably a bit of both but regardless this one encounter was enough for me to switch carriers. Poor management good employees

Went to another ATT and they didn’t even greet me, so I left and came here. They were busy yet acknowledged my presence right away and said they’d be with me shortly. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Great experience!

I had Mike C help me out. An outstanding employee. Knowledgeable, super friendly and took care of business. In and out and made it happen. This store and frankly this country could use more gentlemen like Mike. Thank you sir for your excellent service. Faith in humanity restored.

Was help by will and this dude was super helpful and nice to my daughter and wife. Was very welcoming and funny. Definitely a great experience at this AT&T would definitely go back to this store in the future. 10/10 experience in my opinion. Just to add This dude needs a promotion! AT&T on BRIARGATE

Rachel did a fabulous job finding me the best deal and worked with my wants and needs! She went above and beyond to help me get a new phone and she was super nice! I don’t normally leave reviews, but she deserves 5 stars!
