AT&T Store

The ATT store is great nice and big very clean nice staff... The 1800 number however are big @holes that don't speak clear enough English that tell they will send a technician out the they said their not I have my att internet little over a year I have called over a dozen of times

Thorssen was knowledgeable in the product and the processes. He was friendly and interacted very well with us and was polite.

The phone selection to me is the same as every other cell store. *Don't buy ANYTHING else, like screen protectors or cases. You can buy the same from Amazon for just a few dollars vs $20-$60. I don't even understand why anyone would buy those items unless you enjoy throwing money away. You can just give me the extra money and I'll purchase those items for you.

These guys go above and beyond! Straight Talk was making it very difficult to switch (over a week to get all three phone numbers switched). They did everything in their power to make sure it got handled and spent days trying to get everything working for us! Straight Talk is absolute nonsense and I will never go back. Thank you to Crystal and Kerry for all the hours spent helping us and of course the rest of the crew!! Y’all are amazing and I’m happy we had people that were willing to put the work in that y’all did, you rock!!!!

Mrs. Ashley is so sweet. She stayed 2 hours over to help with the issues I was having. She went above and beyond for me. Mrs. Ashley is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for her customers. I drove all the way from Little Rock twice to because the customer service is AMAZING! Thank you for all your hard work!
