AT&T Store

Yesterdays visit was the second time going to this location. I only went back because of the first visit I had when I got my IPhone 14 Pro Max. Usually making large purchases I dread, but Austin made everything seem so easy! I always try to get reviews done but I didn’t get one done the first time. I went in yesterday to purchase my father a new phone; as soon as I walked in Austin walked up, greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. Austin made everything run so smoothly I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He got me set up with a case a screen protector and an extra screen protector for my iPhone. As a leader in the retail field Austin checked all the boxes!! Thanks Austin!!

Best experience I have ever had in my life with a phone company. Used to be with Verizon and then I switch over to AT&T. Logan was amazing and made the experience the best I have ever had. He not only made the switch to AT&T that much easier but he help me save on bundling all the accessories. This man deserves a raise for his contribution to the company. I've never had to ask someone to change their behavior in a Customer Service setting. That is, until today. I'm not a cell phone aficionado and apparently very annoying to the sales rep I spoke with. He was condescending to the point where I asked him to stop giving me attitude. I have experience in both sales and CS. I know not everyone is great at either let alone both, but I left the store without a phone and baffled that anyone would treat their customer that way. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend.

I took my mom who was visiting from out of state to upgrade her iPhone. The account was in my fathers name who has since passed and needed to be changed to my mom’s name which upset her deeply. Not being any fault of ATT and is very understandable however my mom was still very shaken by this. The store rep Sharon R was very very understanding, apologetic and extremely patient with my mom which I appreciated greatly. Sharon took the time and switched everything that was needed and did so with empathy and understanding. I truly hope the management reads this as they have a great employee working for them and Sharon should be acknowledged for her great customer service!

This store sold us a streaming device for Direct TV which turned out to be a bait and switch pricing. We called Direct TV and cancelled the streaming service and we were told to bring the streaming device back to the ATT store and they refused to take it. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
