AT&T Store

The customer service at this store is horrible. I walked in the store and didnt recieve a hello, the first thing the they said was what you want? And the other girl said what you need. When I told her I needed help with getting a phone the girl looked like I was bothering her and talking rude. Then the manager in there was no help. Every since that light skinned girl Brittany left that store, that store has went down hill. Brittany was the best thing that happened to that store. I will never go back to that store ever. Camden is the worst store ever. They are rude and don't care about there jobs. If I could give -100 stars I would.

Kaitlyn was phenomenal. She helped me choose my new phone and get it set up and helped transfer all of my things over, she even got it to where I could have unlimited data! I am so satisfied and will be recommending this store to everyone. The current employees are spectacular and are very helpful :)

Absolutely the worst experience. Would not do anything past try to sell me a phone. Wouldn’t help get my number swapped over just gave me a 1-800 number to call and that’s it. I will never recommend this store nor will I ever be back in it. 0/10. Att should be ashamed.

Best customer service experience ever. She was patient and very sweet. She spent over 2 hours helping me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone and was very patient. Brittany is the person to speak with when ever you go to the Camden location. Go talk to Brittany. She will get you right. She needs to be running that store.

I haven't been in this store in several years so hopefully, it has improved but the last time I went in I wanted to upgrade either my phone or my dad's phone, and the girl sitting in there said: "we don't do that here anymore". I went down the road to Sheridan where I had the BEST experience at an AT&T store there and have shopped there since.
